As the beautiful seasons of Fall and Winter embark upon us, it is also that time of year when stressors seem to significantly increase. The following attachments, from the Counseling Services Department, are referral reminders when you feel students may be in need of extra support. During this time of the year, one may also find that we can use support. Attached are resources that can be used in addition to the College’s EAP. Information about the EAP is attached.
It is okay to acknowledge and share your emotions. Sharing feelings helps to foster a supportive environment not only for our students but for one another. All members of the Hornet family matter.
