Sophomore guard Ava Eichler earned Region III Athlete of the Week honors for her efforts during the week of October 31.
The Oneonta grad began the 2022-23 season with a 30 point, 15 rebound game at Penn State Wilkes-Barre on Tuesday in a 2-point loss. Ava followed that up on Thursday with 14 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists in a 3-point win against the NJCAA’s 14th ranked Spartans from Northampton CC . For the week Ava averaged a double-double with 22 ppg and 11.5 rpg.
