Be strong, but grounded in reality. This is a stormy time in our lives. It will not last forever. You will get through it. You will have rough moments that may lead to rough days. You will get through it. Learn to breathe. Take five minutes a day and simply focus on breathing. Thoughts will come into your mind, do not let them stay there. Focus on your breath. Breathe in… Breathe out. 1…..2…..in……out. As thoughts come- let them go. Let your breath cleanse your body and mind. Doing this five minutes a day, or when you are feeling stressed, anxious, confused, irritated, can help you control how you let stress affect your body and mind.
