This casual get-together, which takes place during Alumni Reunion on April 17, 2026, at 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., spotlights our talented faculty and their relationship with former students and is very affordable at $5 per person.

With the SUNY Broome Very Inspiring Person (VIP) Employee Appreciation Campaign, we recognize our colleagues’ work – and the heart, values, and kindness they bring to our campus community. We hope you’ll encourage one or several of your colleagues by nominating them.
Everyone nominated will receive equal acknowledgment – a card, a token of appreciation, and public recognition (if they desire).
Just a note – VIP awards happen four times a year (or quarterly) so your nomination should not be time-sensitive. If there is an upcoming retirement for a nominee, contact the Foundation so we can get them their VIP items in time.
