Conner Smith finished the men’s 3,000 steeplechase with a time of 10:05.97, good enough for a 3rd place finish and Honorable Mention Track All-American status
The men’s Track & Field team came in 10th over the weekend at the 2023 NJCAA DIII Men’s Outdoor Track & Field Championships held in Utica and hosted by Mohawk Valley CC. The Hornets had two All-American finishers in the meet, Aden Hollenbeck and Conner Smith.
Hollenbeck came in at 3.93m in the pole vault, good enough for a 2nd place finish and Honorable Mention Field All-American status. Smith finished the men’s 3,000 steeplechase with a time of 10:05.97, good enough for a 3rd place finish and Honorable Mention Track All-American status. Thomas Eccleston also finished on the podium with a 5th place finish in the men’s 110 hurdles with a time of 15.86
