Want to stress less and work on flexibility this summer?

The Physical Education department is offering a summer Yoga course. It will meet June 21 – August 12 on Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:00 pm – 5:35 pm.

Come and earn a credit, and decompress from the busy spring semester.

If your summer schedule does not allow you the extra time this summer, there are many available options in the fall. Choices include: Dance Pilates, Aerobics, Yoga, Nutrition, Exploring Healthy Lifestyles, Solutions in Fitness and Wellness, Volleyball, Badminton and Tennis, Weight training, Ice skating, and many more.
