There has been an immense increase of “robo-calls,” either with no one on the other end or a recording that says “Please don’t hang up,” just like we all experience in our everyday lives with our cell phones and home phones.
Please know that we are working on the issue with our telephone system provider and service carrier to try and reduce them.
While we work through this issue, there is no need for additional CSR’s or notification of these calls. For now, if you do receive any of these types of calls just hang up. Thank you for your understanding.
