SUNY Broome’s Enrollment Management Team is in the midst of its busiest College Express season to date! Throughout the months of September and October, a collection of campus administrators and staff have toured the region’s high schools to welcome entire senior classes to SUNY Broome for the Fall 2025 semester.

The College Express Partnership program was first established in 2019 through a collaboration between Windsor Central High School’s Superintendent Team, Windsor’s School Counseling Department, and SUNY Broome’s Enrollment Management division.

The initiative aims to create a streamlined process that allows the community’s high school seniors to apply and be accepted to SUNY Broome en masse on-site at their respective schools. In addition to hosting instant acceptance events, College Express Partnership schools are offered additional on and off-campus programs, including financial literacy workshops, college pro-tips seminars, and academic advising and course registration sessions.

Since its initial pilot five years ago, SUNY Broome now partners with more than a dozen of the region’s districts, ranging from rural partners like Marathon Central School District and Deposit Central School District, to large, urban and suburban districts like Binghamton City School District and Maine-Endwell Central School District. The number of partner schools has doubled from last year’s enrollment season, serving as a testament to the power of this significant opportunity for the students of our community.

This year marked SUNY Broome’s first official College Express Partnerships with a series of new schools, including:

  • Chenango Forks Central School District
  • Franklin Central School District
  • Gilbertsville-Mount Upton Central School District
  • Maine-Endwell Central School District

Stay tuned for future updates on additional College Express Partnership events and enrollment data!
