The Garde Manger class is excited to announce the presale of their hand-crafted butcher boxes.
Each box, priced at $25 will include a selection of delicious student-made products; Hot or Sweet Italian sausage, bacon, and bread & butter pickles.
These boxes are a product of the students’ hard work and dedication throughout this course where they learn the various methods of food preservation. The money raised will be used to support student experiences and travel throughout the school year.
Quantities are limited, so don’t miss out on the opportunity to enjoy top-quality meats while supporting our students.
Fill out the Google Butcher Box order form to order your box. They will be delivered frozen to your office address on Monday, October 7 between 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
