The Business Club, accompanied by Professor Erin Frye, traveled to New York City on Saturday, May 18.
Students went on a “Wall Street Experience” guided walking tour of the Financial District and saw several historical buildings, such as the New York Stock Exchange, Federal Hall, 23 Wall St. and Trinity Church. The tour focused on the economic history of lower Manhattan, from the early Dutch Settlers to present day, including the origins and consequences of the 2008 financial crisis.
