SUNY Broome Men's basketball with Finger Lakes CC in Canandaigua

The men’s basketball team fell to Finger Lakes CC in Canandaigua on Wednesday night by a score of 92-81.

The first half was all Lakers, jumping out to a 53-30 lead. The second half turned out in favor of the Hornets, outscoring the host team 51-39, but the 23 point first half lead proved to be too much for Broome to overcome.

Broome saw five players in double figures led by Jalin Pitts with 14 points followed by Cameron Irving-Miller and Andrew Charles with 13 points apiece.

Up next is another conference game against Corning CC this Wednesday at 8:00 pm.
