April 12 is National Grilled Cheese Day! The Dining Hall will be celebrating the cheesiest of sandwiches all day with a special menu of grilled cheese features. They will also offer samples and encourage customers to cast their vote for the best sandwich.

- The Cheesy Brat: Thick-Cut Texas Toast, Grilled Bratwurst, Sauerkraut, and Pepper Jack Cheese
- The Smoky Grilled Cheese: Heidelberg Cracked Wheat Bread, Applewood Bacon, Smoked Gouda Cheese, Smoked Tomato Marmalade
- The Parisian: Heidelberg Multigrain Panini Bread, Smoked Ham, Dijon Mustard, House Made Pickles and Creamy Brie
- The Cocoa Monsieur: French Toast Style with Toasted Brioche, Applewood Bacon, Chocolate, and Goat Cheese-Ricotta Spread
