Approved Possible ITS Maintenance Dates 2024
Please find below a list of campus approved possible ITS Maintenance dates for 2024.
These dates may be used for various IT upgrades, troubleshooting and testing. Usually on one or two days of the week between 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
These are NOT used for any Banner outages as those are scheduled differently with SUNY ITEC.
Please note: IF these dates are used, the campus will be informed at least one week in advance with the specific details regarding the nature of the maintenance and what services will be affected.

Week of 10/21 – Registrar indicates NOT 10/21 but the rest of the week is okay
Week of 11/18 – 11/21/24 and 11/22/24 are payroll processing dates (due to Holidays/Curtailment) and will not be used
Week of 12/2
Week of 12/16 – 12/16/24 and 12/17/24 are payroll processing dates (due to Holidays/Curtailment) and will not be used
