This month’s topic is “An Introduction to The Power of Appreciative Inquiry: Words Creating Worlds.”
Join Dr. Battisti as he leads you on an exploration of discovering the best in people and the world around you. Asking questions that open individuals to seeing the new potentials and possibilities of living an appreciative life is key to this process. Appreciative inquiry is a way to search for and find the positive core of the system under study. When the positive course is revealed and tapped into, it provides individuals a sustainable source of positive energy that nourishes both personal and organizational change.
