Join Erin Frye and Maria Montemagno, our two Technology Faculty Ambassadors, on Friday, March 8, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in the TRC Computer Lab for information on how they leverage some of the technologies available to support our students!
To fully realize the potential of our Student Success initiatives, the Technology Faculty Ambassadors (TFAs) will serve as full-time faculty experts in Student Success technology to help other faculty understand the benefit of using these tools. The TFAs will promote the productive use of Student Success Technology including Starfish, Purple Briefcase, Degree Works, the MyCollege Portal, College Scheduler, Career Coach, etc.
In this session, Erin and Maria will highlight how they, as faculty, have used some of these technologies. Gina Chase, from the Applied Learning and Career Center, will be joining to discuss Purple Briefcase. Interest in these sessions will help us determine how we can dive deeper in future sessions.
**Blackboard support and training is NOT included in this as it falls under the domain of the Instructional Designers and the TRC.
