Putting Your Ensemble on a Diet

(For SUNY Broome Faculty)

Where: TRC Lab (LI 101)

Presented by: TRC Instructional Designers

Complete the registration form to reserve your seat

Are you an Ensemble user? Did your video library gain the dreaded “Covid 20” during the pandemic? If your library of videos is looking bloated and you feel fatigued scrolling through pages of recordings, it’s time to get rid of old, unused and unusable videos. Class recordings may not be useful after the semester in which they are recorded and the cost of storing videos has risen dramatically over the last year and continues to climb. We can help you get your Ensemble slim, trim and full of vim!

This workshop is for those faculty using Ensemble and will be an overview of where to find files in Ensemble and how to delete them as well as open lab time to get help for your personal courses from Instructional Designers

Be Fearless This Fall: Copy Your Course Open Lab Hours

(For SUNY Broome Faculty)

Where: TRC Lab (LI 101)

No need to register, just drop in and someone will be here to assist you between the hours of 10 am – 3 pm today!

As FDR once said, “The only thing to fear is fear itself!” Now he was probably not talking about copying your Blackboard course from one semester to the next, but we know making that happen is anxiety-provoking. We want you to know we’ve got your back – the Instructional Designers are here to support you as you copy your course. During these open lab hours, the Instructional Designers will be available to answer questions for instructors taking the final step in preparing their fall courses.

Please note that these lab hours are open time and are not designed for one-on-one appointments. Please restrict your work to copying your course.
