Join the SUNY Broome Wellness Committee for a fun and energizing learning session at the Fitness Court on:
Date: Tuesday, September 30
Time: 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Location: Fitness Court – Located behind the Ice Center
No need to block off the full hour as this course only takes about 7 minutes to complete. Feel free to drop in at any time during the hour!
Instruction will be led by Heather Hoffman, Associate Professor and Chair of Physical Education and Sport Studies.
