Scarecrow Display at Otsiningo Park

The Broome County Scarecrow display is up and running at Otsiningo Park!
SUNY Broome’s Civic Engagement Center is participating with a “Smart Scarecrows Vote” display.
Stop by to see our scarecrow as well as the 50 other scarecrow displays. Then vote for the best scarecrow! Check it out! The display will be available through October 23.
