Join Us: Achieving the Dream Capacity Cafe

SUNY Broome faculty and staff are invited to participate in an upcoming Achieving the Dream Capacity Café.

Date: Thursday, March 19
Time: 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Location: Decker Health Science Center, Rooms 225/226.

As part of the College’s ongoing work with Achieving the Dream, the college recently completed the Institutional Capacity Assessment Tool (ICAT). This assessment helps identify strengths and opportunities in the systems, practices, and culture that support student success.

The Capacity Café is a facilitated session led by Achieving the Dream coaches where faculty and staff will review key themes from the ICAT findings, reflect on what they mean for SUNY Broome, and begin identifying strategies to further support student success.

Participation from across the campus community is encouraged, as diverse perspectives help strengthen our collective work to improve student outcomes.
