Culinary World Showcase
Taste the World with Our Culinary World Showcase Event!
Interested in tasting flavors from around the globe? Now’s your chance!
For just $50, you can purchase a Culinary Passport and enjoy an evening of international cuisine at the Culinary and Event Center on Wednesday, October 8. From 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., guests will have the opportunity to sample dishes representing 12 different countries.
All tastings will be thoughtfully prepared by our talented CUL 222 Specialty Cuisines students, showcasing authentic and creative dishes from around the world. To elevate the experience, our EVE 215 Interior Design for Special Events students have collaborated to design each table with cultural flair, bringing the flavors to life visually as well.
Additional Details:
- Beer and wine will be available for purchase.
- Tickets are $50 per person and include access to all tastings.
- To purchase tickets, contact Renee Kovac at (607) 778-5607. Payment can be made by cash or check. Check made out to FSA Culinary Competition Fund
- Checks should be sent to Renee via interoffice mail to stop #94
- Passports will then be sent out through interoffice mail, or you can pick them up at the CEC on the day of the event.
