The Series is designed to equip entrepreneurs and small business owners with practical, foundational skills to start, grow, and strengthen their businesses. Each session focuses on real-world strategies that can be applied immediately, covering essential topics such as marketing, budgeting, customer engagement, productivity, and the use of emerging tools like AI.

Sessions are led by experienced professionals and are structured to be accessible, actionable, and relevant for businesses at various stages of development. Whether participants are launching a new idea or refining existing operations, this series provides timely insights to help move their business forward with clarity and confidence.

All sessions are held virtually and in-person (Koffman Incubator | 120 Hawley St., Binghamton, NY 13901) from Noon to 1 p.m. Registration is required.
