Join our 30 Day Yoga Challenge!
The Women’s Discussion Group is inviting you to join our 30 Day Yoga Challenge beginning on Tuesday November 30 at our 10:00 am meeting in T-203.
Think about enjoying the holiday season and even finals period and the hectic end-of-semester with less stress and more calm.
At our November 30 meeting, we will share helpful information about the challenge and how we will recognize all participants. Imagine starting 2022 with a month of calming yoga under your belt. It’s a great way to start the new year and end the old one.
