Flyer for Women's Working Circle: Practical Skills to join the Workforce

BC HEARS invites all women to register for the Women’s Working Circle. The Women’s Working Circle aims to provide practical hands-on skills to prepare women for specialized fields including clothing/furniture repair, finance management, car maintenance, and hospitality skills. The skills learned will provide participants with new opportunities to join the workforce, skills to promote independence and empowerment, and support from other STRONG females.

Along with materials/skills from each course, each participant will earn a $30 gift card for each FULL series attended. Each series is 3-4 weeks in length at 1-2 hours/week. Time and days are TBD by registrant responses.

Series 1: November: Finance Management
Series 2: January: Hospitality
Series 3: April: Clothing/Furniture Repair
Series 4: May: Car Maintenance

Registration will be capped at 15 women per Series. To register, complete our online registration form:  https://forms.gle/yz7HFTMyeokJAvL19.
