Wellness Wednesday out of the Counseling Corner:
Today is simple! Let’s practice living intentionally.
Adding on to the activity from Monday and looking at the list above:
Do something that brings you joy.
Simple right? Maybe not. In doing something that brings you joy – actually enjoy it. No judgement, no stress, no second guessing.
Pick something that works with your budget, time allowed, abilities and do it! It can be taking nap, going for dinner with a friend, shopping, watching a scary movie.
Block out some time this week to be intentional and do something that brings you joy. Pay attention to how this activity affects you and your mood and your well-being. Have fun with this!
