Volunteer! We need your help.

Greetings Faculty and Staff!
It’s almost time to welcome students back on campus and we need your help! Every year we offer information booths in order to help our students navigate campus and give them important information they need to be successful.

This year, this will look a little different as we will be hosting one booth on-campus and a second booth in a virtual format. We need volunteers to work both booths, even if it is for an hour, it will be a great help!

The in-person information booth will be located in the Library Quad on 8/31 and 9/1 from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm each day. Please indicate your availability for the on campus booth. Our office will reach out to you to schedule you for one of the time slots you chose. If you have information that would be helpful to students for distribution at the booth, please email studentactivities@sunybroome.edu to arrange to have that information available.

The online information booth will be held either in a Zoom Room or Facebook Room on 8/31 and 9/1 from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm each day. We also need people to be available in this virtual room to answer questions for any students that enter. Please indicate your availability for the virtual booth (different from above link). If you have information that can be provided to students and distributed at the booth, please send digital copies to studentactivities@sunybroome.edu.
