In BIO 293: Neuroscience and Evolution, you will explore how modern neuroscience and evolution contribute to our understanding of the natural world and our own human nature. Investigate how London’s Victorian society influenced art and science to usher in an age of enlightenment. Discover how biology, behavior, and culture have been inseparably intertwined throughout human history, and develop a new understanding of the fundamental and universal human nature that links us all.
This spring 2020 biology course includes an eight-day travel experience in London, England, and Bruges, Belgium.
