This is the schedule for the Title IX/Sexual Harassment Prevention training’s for the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester.
Thursday, April 2, from 11 a.m. – noon in Decker 201
Monday, May 4, from 11 a.m. – noon in Decker 201
Per new New York State law, every employer in New York State is required to provide employees with sexual harassment prevention training. As we are also an educational institution, federal law mandates we offer Title IX training as well.
Per new NYS law, employees must receive training on an annual basis. Even if you have previously attended, employees must be trained annually.
Registration is not required and a sign-in sheet will be used to take attendance. A question and answer session will follow the training.
