join SUNY in this momentous establishment of the first SUNY-wide Black Students Union!
This Saturday, students from across the SUNY system will gather to have a conversation about race in America, and establish the first SUNY-wide Black Students Union. By involving students from all campuses, we seek to embrace our community on a path to self-determination through collective advocacy.
This open forum will provide a platform for students to share their sentiments about the ongoing struggle for Black liberation. Following these events, students will be given the opportunity to strategize with other leaders. By channeling the raw emotion of students into tangible and sustainable actions, we can achieve the progress we desire.
