Thank you from SUNY Broome Hornet Hope Center

“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give” ~ Sir Winston Churchill

October is National Physical Therapy (PT) Month, with the Global PT Day of Sharing happening on October 12th.

This year SUNY Broome’s Program Director of the Physical Therapy Assistant Program, Julianne Martin, spearheaded a campaign with the local Physical Therapy community to gather donations for the Hornet Hope Center.

Their efforts turned into our biggest single-drive totals to date… at a time when we needed it most!!

819.8 lbs. of food, hygiene products, household items, and clothing will all go directly to helping our students!

It is with much gratitude that this message goes out to the entire Physical Therapy community who participated:

  • United Health Services Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation:
    • Wilson
    • BGH
    • Vestal
    • Chenango Bridge
    • Greene
  • Whitney Point Physical Therapy
  • Sidney Physical Therapy
  • Southern Tier Physical Therapy Binghamton
  • Fyzical Therapy of Binghamton
  • Broome Developmental Center OPWDD Physical Therapy Department

Thank You to these businesses and to every single person who helped make this drive such a success.

Your kindness makes a difference!
