Nov. 18 through 22 is International Week in the SUNY Broome Dining Hall, when international students from around the globe share their cuisines with their fellow Hornets!

Members of the college’s International Student Organization will cook, prepare and serve the meals from the Dining Hall’s Global station. Here is the schedule:

Monday: Eastern Europe. Menu: mushroom crepes, Khrustyky (Ukranian fried cookies), and Russian salad

Tuesday: Middle East. Menu: Pastilla (chicken pastry pie), baklava, couscous

Wednesday: Africa. Menu: beef kabobs, rice, French dessert

Thursday: Mexico, Menu: enchiladas and rice

Friday: China. Menu: chicken wings, vegetable fried rice, dumpling dessert
