Every day is a new beginning.  Take a deep breath, smile and start again.

It is easy to lose motivation fast when the days and nights blend, as we practice social distancing.

Set a schedule- get up at a certain time each day – hopefully by 10 am. Get showered and dressed. It truly helps your well-being and productivity level.

Set a schedule. Balance work – whether it be school or otherwise with play. Get in some physical activity. Write down a few things at the beginning of the week that you want to accomplish for the week.

Each day pick something and check it off.

Set a reasonable bedtime and shut down technology – sleep.

Reset each day.

One day at a time.
