Think Positive, Be Positive

Research is beginning to reveal that positive thinking is about much more than just being happy or displaying an upbeat attitude.

Positive thoughts can actually create real value in your life and help you build skills that last much longer than a smile.

Negative emotions narrow your mind and focus your thoughts- they shut out the outside world and limit the options you see around you. They keep you stuck.

If you can find ways to bring joy, excitement, contentment and love, you can broaden your sense of possibility and open your mind up to more options.

Find ways to keep the negative out, limit news exposure- including social media, limit interactions with others that are negative, read books you like, watch movies you enjoy, listen to music that helps you feel good.

At the end of each day make a list of 3-5 things that were positive during the day. Watch over time how your mindset shifts.
