Please be mindful of these important dates and information:
* Fall 2025 – November Break: Students who intend to stay on campus for all or some of the Thanksgiving break must complete this form. It is currently open on the MyHousing portal and will close on November 26. Residents are not charged to stay.
* Housing Cancellation Request Form: Students who do not plan on returning for the Spring 2026 semester and want to cancel their Housing License must complete this form by November 15, 2025. It is currently open on the MyHousing portal and closes on November 15.
* Winter 2025-2026 Housing License: Students who plan to be here for any of Winter Break or Winter Term must complete this License. There is a daily charge to stay. This License will open on November 1 and remain open until December 19. Athletes returning early should complete this.
* Spring 2026 – Housing License: New students interested in housing should complete the Spring 2026 housing license. We have a few openings now and may have more in the future. This will open on November 1 in the MyHousing portal and will close on February 13.
