The SUNY Broome Library is working with the Internet Archive to digitize some documentation of the College’s history in order to make it more accessible. When finished, the complete collections of yearbooks, college catalogs, student newspapers, and alumni newsletters will be available for online viewing through the library catalog. This digitization project is supported through a generous grant from the Broome Community College Foundation.
Currently, over 100 editions of Tech Talk, the student newspaper precursor to The Fulcrum, are visible in the SUNY Broome section of the Internet Archive. They can be browsed and read online, and the text of individual issues and the whole collection are searchable. Take a look and get a glimpse of SUNY Broome in the past.
