In support of ongoing efforts to meet Title II accessibility requirements and enhance the quality of the student learning experience, the Teaching and Resource Center continues to offer expanded opportunities for faculty to receive support from our instructional designers. The TRC hosts Faculty Support Hours in the TRC Lab, providing dedicated time for drop-in assistance and consultation.
During Faculty Support Hours, instructional designers will be available to answer questions related to Brightspace, accessibility, instructional design strategies, and areas of opportunity to enhance student engagement and success in your courses. Whether you have a quick question or are looking for ideas to refine an activity or assignment, we are here to help.
Our goal is to provide an informative, collaborative atmosphere in a drop-in format, allowing faculty to connect with instructional designers, explore practical approaches to strengthening their courses, and improve the accessibility of their digital content.
If you have a question outside of Faculty Support Hours, or if your question is more in-depth and would benefit from a scheduled consultation, please complete the Instructional Designer Support Request form. An instructional designer will follow up with you as soon as possible to provide assistance or schedule an appointment as needed.
