Summer hours will begin Tuesday, May 31, 2022, and will end at the close of business on Friday, August 19, 2022.
Office hours will be from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Each individual office shall have in-person staffing to adequately maintain the required services expected by the campus community (i.e. faculty, staff, and students) and the general public community from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm all week. As needed, offices are expected to be staffed earlier and remain open beyond these summer hours to perform essential college services
During summer hours all employees are expected to complete their regular and contractual 7.5 or 8 hour day with a thirty-minute lunch, excluding vacation, personal, or flex-time as approved by department heads.
During summer hours, Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Advising, and Public Safety will remain open Wednesday evenings until 6:00 pm. Support staffing for evening hours in these offices will be on a voluntary basis with flex time available to participating ESPA unit members.
