To ensure the health and safety of our students and staff, the summer 2020 orientation will be remote.
New Student Orientation is open to all incoming students, but matriculated, first time new student are highly encouraged to participate and will be receiving invitations/instructions to do so. Students must register for classes prior to attending orientation.
This summer there will be an online pre-orientation for student to complete, which can be found at http://www3.sunybroome.edu/orientation/.
Additionally, there will be synchronous distance programs offered through zoom during the month of August. Students who complete online orientation will be assigned a virtual orientation schedule.
Lastly, there will be a new student orientation organization in blackboard. Students will be introduced to Blackboard during the virtual orientation and given access to the organization at that time.
