No stressNeed to de-stress? Join our students-only stress management and mindfulness group, which will meet weekly for six weeks. In the group, you will learn and work on skills to help you manage stress and find balance this semester.

The first meeting is at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14, in Counseling Services, located in Student Services Building Room 210.
