The 2019 Art and Design Student Art Exhibition is currently on view in The Gallery @ SUNY Broome through Dec. 16, 2019.
The exhibit includes work created within ART 106: Three-Dimensional Design, ART 115: Beginning Drawing, ART 116: Painting 1 and ART 125: Introduction to Computer Graphics. These Art and Design courses are part of the Visual Communication Arts associate in science degree program, which prepares students for further study in careers such as architecture, animation, fashion design, game design, graphic design, industrial design, medical illustration and other occupations that involve visual communication.
The campus and local community is invited to view the exhibit during library hours, which are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.., Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 3 to 7 p.m. The gallery is located on the first floor of the campus library. Visitor parking is located in front of the Darwin R. Wales Center.
