Abs Workout: Plank, Russian Twist, Mountain Climber

Do you like to get up early in the morning. If yes, great!

We are running Round 3 – aka Trifecta Abs workout!

STARTS Monday, April 26.

The first session starts at 7:30 am The other starts at 8:00 am. Keeping the same format for each, you can join either one. The KEY is to join one of them each and every morning during the week. It is literally a few minutes from start to finish.

Monday thru Friday
Rest = Weekends

Three exercises – (in the beginning it takes less than 5 mins – at the end maybe 20 mins)
1. Plank (on the higher times – always stop at 2:00 min for seconds break before finishing)
2. Russian(Ukrianian)(hard) Twist (on higher times – split time in half)
3. Mountain Climb (on the higher times – always stop at 2:00 min for seconds break before finishing)
