SUNY Broome has implemented a COVID-19 testing policy that all on-campus students (residents and commuters) must participate in on a weekly basis throughout the spring semester.

Testing for the week of 2/8/21 is now open. If you have not yet tested for the week of 2/1/21, there is still time. Please make an appointment as soon as possible.

You must schedule an appointment for testing by submitting a COVID Testing Appointment Form. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with the location, date, and time of your appointment, along with the next steps you must follow.

***Note: a new form must be completed every week.

Testing Guidelines and Exemptions:

  • Mandatory Testing of Students – All students currently taking an on-campus class, utilizing on-campus resources, working or living on campus must participate in COVID-19 testing on a weekly basis. 
  • Exemptions The following students are exempt from mandatory testing: 
    • Students who are fully online.
    • Students not utilizing any in-person campus services/activities.
    • Students providing documentation of a positive COVID-19 diagnostic result within the last 90 days. This documentation can be emailed to eoc@sunybroome.edu.
