Hello, and welcome to Episode 2, Season 2 of your favorite weekly summary of the goings-on in the Admissions Office, Recruitment Roundup.
This week, admissions counselors partnered with Brittney Richardson to assist with registering Fast Forward students at Vestal High School. Through the Fast Forward program, high school students are able to earn college credits through SUNY Broome at no cost, which offers them an amazing boost as they begin their postsecondary education. While we’re certainly hopeful that all of the students who participate in our Fast Forward program will join us at SUNY Broome after they graduate high school, we’re also grateful for the opportunity to offer them this educational advantage in the years before.
Though our events calendar wasn’t packed this week, admissions counselors have been busy, working to organize some special one-of-a-kind opportunities for future and current students at SUNY Broome in collaboration with other departments around campus. Keep your eyes peeled for updates within the next few weeks for more information!
