Join Professor Zeggert on September 28 at 4:00 pm for an opening reception at the Gannett Gallery located at SUNY Polytechnic.
The exhibition consists of over 20 paintings and drawings, plus tear sheets. In addition, the exhibition is assembled around the idea of location and lineage, including a tribute piece.
The location plays an important role in staging the exhibition; Professor Zeggert’s mother and family are from Marcy NY, also the location of the college.
The other aspect of the exhibition is based on the Gannett gallery space, reflecting Zeggert’s time as a Gannett newsroom artist and editor, before his role in academia.
The Gannett Art Gallery at SUNY Polytechnic Institute is located on the first floor in the B-wing of Kunsela Hall, 100 Seymour Road, Utica, New York.
