Professor David Zeggert’s oil portrait of John Lennon has been accepted for inclusion in the 83rd annual National
Exhibition of the Cooperstown Art Association.
This year, 496 entries were submitted and the Juror of Selection, Yulia Hanansen, had a difficult task in choosing 130 works to create a diverse and exciting exhibit. The exhibit is on display from July 13 through Aug. 17. A short gallery talk and tour will be given by our juror at 4 p.m. July 13, just before the start of the reception. (www.cooperstownart.com)
Professor Zeggert is a member of the SUNY Broome Art and Design department and teaches drawing, painting and illustration.
