The CUL290-Professional Foodservice Operations Course is excited to announce that they are hosting a Pop-up restaurant on Tuesday, April 22!
Join us for a unique, one-day-only culinary experience crafted by the talented students of our Food Service Operations (CUL 290) course. Our pop-up bistro showcases the skills and creativity of future food service professionals, offering a 3 course student created menu that highlights fresh flavors of the season.
Reservations are required, spots are limited. $40 per person. Beverages will be available for sale.

The Food will be a 3-Course Pre-set Menu:
- Buratta Salad
- Chicken Cutlet with Risotto and Spring Herb Salad
- Lemon Panna Cotta
