SUNY Broome is home to 30 academic programs that are considered non-traditional by gender. Non-traditional by gender careers refer to jobs that are held predominantly by one gender, either mostly males or mostly females. A non-traditional occupation comprises 25% or less of employees making up one gender.

There are many benefits to working in a non-traditional occupation. Be a part of the conversation with Dr. Snyder, Dean of SUNY Broome’s STEM Department and non-traditional by gender staff at Delta Engineers, Architects, & Land Surveyors, DPC to learn about their experiences in a non-traditional by gender career on September 29 at 6 p.m.!
