In recognition of National Distance Learning Week, Professional Development at SUNY Broome will be highlighting best practices and future considerations for online teaching and learning in Blackboard. These short articles are authored by faculty teaching fully online and/or blended courses.
In today’s Online Teaching Faculty Spotlight, we feature Dr. Jennifer Musa and Melissa Glenn, who are both professors in Biology. Together, they describe the ways they view online learning as meeting our strategic goal of providing students with flexible learning opportunities. They also discuss new technologies that have been piloted to ensure equity and academic integrity in test taking. They also provide advice to students and faculty who are contemplating teaching and learning in an online environment.
