This August, the Corner Gallery in the Library presents an intimate two-panel exhibition exploring the lasting impact of the 1972 flood on communities throughout New York’s Southern Tier.
The exhibit focuses on the devastation caused by Tropical Storm Agnes, the resilience of local communities and ways in which the disaster permanently reshaped the regions landscape and identity.
Visitors are invited to pause and reflect on one of the most significant events in our area’s history.
