Calice Advanced Manufacturing Center
- Blacktop paving on the west and north sides of Calice has been completed (pavers to follow)
- Installation of the epoxy floor in both the Fermentation Lab and Food Processing Lab has been completed
- The ceiling grid is 90% complete in the first floor corridor and lighting has been mounted
- VCT (vinyl) flooring and painting has been completed in the basement storage room (soon to become the new photography lab)
- HVAC start up and balancing will take place on June 29, 2018
- Surface mounted lighting has been placed under the overhang within the Connector
- Construction of the east vestibule for the Connector has started
- The new elevator has been delivered and installation will commence
- Door auto operators have been installed
- Glass has been installed at the sidelights on the first level
- Commissioning of the photovoltaic system has taken place
- The Fire Department connection is in place
Carnegie Culinary Center
- The basement concrete floor has been removed
- Excavation exposing the foundation is in progress (for underpinning construction)
- The rear addition to the Library has been completely removed
- Overall demolition is approximately 90% complete
- Electrical rough-ins (ceilings and walls) is underway
