You have the readings. You went to the lectures. You have your notes. How do you bring it all together for a paper or a project or a test?
*Concept Mapping: Visualize your knowledge*
Are you interested in effective study techniques? Could you use a good way to organize your thoughts for a paper? Then concept mapping is for you! Concept mapping, or mind mapping, is a method for visualizing information by drawing out ideas and concepts and the connections among them.
*Warning: This Workshop May Cause Your Brain to Actually Connect Ideas (Side Effects Include Better Grades)*
The SUNY Broome Library will be hosting a concept mapping workshop as part of Hive Mind Finish Friday (where free food can be found!) on October 10 at 1:00 p.m.
Sign up to reserve your spot. Can’t make it on Friday? The workshop will be repeated on Thursday, October 16, at 11 a.m. Sign up for either time. You’ll be glad you did.
